D. JOSEF BAND

In the autumn of 2000 Niclas Ankarbranth recorded a five song demo. The music back then could be described as melancholic electronica. An american tourist , who Niclas met through a friend, appreciated the demo and asked what the name of the project was. By taking the initial from his fathers first name the d. josef band was born. The years passed and more songs was recorded. In the year 2005, some of the earlier songs was transfered from the computer programmed music to electric guitars and real drums. Mixed with Niclas background as a metal musician a totaly new sound was brought to life. In the studio, several guestmusicians was used on drums, guitar and backing vocals. Now the future is still to be seen...
